SahlSign is the first eSignature platform designed natively for Arabic-speaking businesses — not translated, not retrofitted, built from scratch.
To make document signing as easy as sending a WhatsApp message. Every business in the GCC deserves a signing platform that speaks their language, respects their laws, and keeps their data in their region.
SahlSign was born out of a simple frustration: every eSignature tool on the market was built for Western businesses. Arabic was an afterthought — a translated UI bolted onto an English product. No RTL support. No GCC legal references. No local data residency. No templates for the contracts that Gulf businesses actually sign.
We decided to build the opposite — an Arabic-first platform where English is the second language. Where every certificate cites Qatar's Decree-Law 16/2010, not ESIGN Act. Where data never leaves the GCC. Where a real estate agent in Doha can send a tenancy contract in Arabic and get it signed before the tenant leaves their office.
SahlSign is part of the sahl (سهل — easy) family of business tools for the GCC. We believe that the best software is built by people who understand the market they serve — not by a team in San Francisco adding Arabic as locale #47.
Every interface, email, certificate, and template is designed for RTL from day one. English is supported — but Arabic is home.
All data is stored in AWS Bahrain (me-south-1). We never transfer your documents outside the GCC without explicit consent.
Every signed document includes a compliance certificate citing the specific GCC law applicable to your country. Not generic disclaimers — real legal references.
We build for the 96% of GCC businesses that are SMEs. If it takes more than 5 minutes to sign your first document, we've failed.
SahlSign is built by a small team in Doha, Qatar — with deep experience in IT audit, GRC, and enterprise software. We combine regulatory expertise with modern engineering to build tools that GCC businesses can trust.
